Customer Service Representative
Job Overview:
Using established scripts/procedures to respond to prospective and current clients, upsells services to clients, offer basic troubleshooting services and address customer concerns and queries through various communication and social media platforms while demonstrating a well-rounded knowledge of products and services in addition to company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work orders and monitor equipment inventory
- Work effectively with team members to ensure efficiency within the department
- Escalate concerns to relevant supervisors as may be required
- Consistently logs all customer interactions using the company’s customer management software.
- Provide office administration support
- Increase customer loyalty through exceptional customer service
- Ensure sale targets are met or exceeded by promoting and upselling services
- Drive company social media platforms to a higher level to promote products and services, monthly promotions, brand awareness and increase visibility.
- Assertively intercepts customer concerns from various communication and social media platforms and provides a timely resolution in line with company policies.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Clean Police Record
- Valid social security card (NOT EXPIRED)
- Ability to work flexible hours (shifts)
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in business administration or related field
- Previous experience in customer service would be an asset
- Ability to use customer management software
