Red Creek, Cayo District – August 15, 2025 – Nexgen announces that it is partnering with the San Ignacio/Santa Elena Town Council as a sponsor of the Miss Middle-Age Pageant in the municipality.
Slated for Saturday, August 23, 2025, the event will feature seven ladies vying for the title at the Octavia Waight Centre, starting at 6:00 p.m. This year’s contestants are Urbelina Requena, Denise Vera, Frances Avella, Lily Rodas, Cruz Garnett, Maria Loague, and Delvorine Morrison. Each of the ladies represents various parts of the San Ignacio/Santa Elena area and other nearby communities.
Nexgen sees this partnership/sponsorship as yet another opportunity to support local events, whether it is sports, music, culture, arts, and entertainment. Remarking on the partnership, His Worship Mayor Earl Trapp said that Nexgen’s “contribution will undoubtedly have a positive impact on the [participants’] lives.”
In addition to a $250.00 cash prize, Nexgen will also be providing other prizes to the participating contestants.
