Requirements:
- Minimum Associate degree in Business, Accounting or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- QuickBooks oriented
- Previous administrative support experience is desired but not required
- Able to oversee and work cooperatively and effectively with others
- Possess leadership skills, be able to delegate duties and tasks
- Honest, responsible, hardworking and able to work flexible hours
- Able to work effectively both independently and under supervision
- Able to multi-task and demonstrate strong organizational skills
- Bilingual with excellent communication skills both oral and written
