
Job Title:
Branch Supervisor
Job Overview:
Provides general oversight of the administrative and operational operations of the
Belmopan Branch Office.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for opening the office and making ready for business at 8 a.m.
- Create daily work schedules for teams and obtain progress reports from relevant staff and makes adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure office equipment and assets are properly maintained and accounted for using relevant reporting systems.
- Ensure compliance with all administrative and operational policies and procedures.
- Institute the company’s progressive disciplinary plan without fear or favor.
- Conduct regular meetings to keep team abreast of company updates.
- Execute operational plans for the branch as approved by management.
- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled equipment audit and address any discrepancies.
- Oversee customer service relations, including accounts, and immediately address complaints and concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintains effective communication with team and management and escalate concerns in a timely manner.
- Responsible for overseeing and verifying all financial transactions of the branch.
- Lead by example through positive and supportive interactions while creating a positive work culture.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration. (Associate degree will be considered)
- 2-3 years overseeing business operations at an established organization to include supervision of staff
- Ability to use customer management software
- Ability to perform basic accounting tasks for end-of-day reporting
Other Requirements:
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Clean Police Record
- Valid social security card (NOT EXPIRED)
