Position:
Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Communicating courteously with customers by telephone and face-to-face interactions at the office
- Collection of customer payments and reconcile cash at the end of day
- Process all inquiries, requests, and trouble calls about our products and services via a work order
- Ability to conduct basic troubleshooting with customers via telephone or face-to-face
- Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded by promoting and upselling our products & services
- Provide office administration support
Requirements:
- Possess a valid social security card for employment
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Passionate about customer service excellence
- Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule

Education and Experience:
- Associate’s degree in business administration or related field
- Previous experience in customer service would be an asset
Other Requirements:
- Clean Police Record
- Valid social security card (NOT EXPIRED)
