Job Purpose:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining all digital
media for Central TV & Internet; he/she will lead an integrated digital marketing effort across
multiple platforms. This position will work within the Marketing Department to assist with the
coordination of marketing, advertising, and promotional activities, ultimately to be able to
promote all products and services via digital media to increase customer engagement. The
Digital Marketing Coordinator is also responsible for liaising the creation of digital content
(e.g. website, social media).
Main Functions:
- Social Media Management:
- Oversee the company's presence on all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content tailored to each platform’s audience.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to enhance engagement and reach.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring they align with business objectives.
- Collaboration with Sales Team:
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with sales initiatives and promotional events.
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital content, ensuring that marketing materials and online promotions support the event objectives.
- Provide sales with relevant content and social media updates to enhance customer engagement during promotional activities.
- Gather feedback from the sales team on customer interactions to inform future marketing strategies.
- Branding Initiatives Coordination:
- Develop and coordinate branding initiatives in collaboration with various branches and departments.
- Ensure that all marketing materials and campaigns reflect the company’s brand identity and messaging.
- Plan and execute brand awareness campaigns across digital platforms and physical events.
- Conduct regular audits of brand presence online to maintain consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Content Creation and Strategy:
- Develop concepts and implement a content strategy that resonates with the target audience and supports overall marketing goals.
- Collaborate with designers, and other creatives to produce visually appealing and informative content.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of digital marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and website traffic.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement based on data analysis to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
- Use research findings to inform marketing strategies and enhance the company’s competitive position.
- Event Promotion:
- Promote company events and initiatives through digital channels, ensuring maximum visibility and participation.
- Coordinate with event planners to ensure that marketing materials and strategies align with event goals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in digital marketing and/or marketing field; experience in video/photo production for marketing content creation would be an asset
