Job Overview
We are looking for a candidate who is experienced and can provide clerical and administrative
services to a Real Estate Company as it relates to the preparation of legal documents (required
by regulatory bodies) for construction, purchase, and sale of property.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepares legal documents for construction, purchase, and sale of property.
- Reviews surveys, title commitments and resolves title issues.
- Prepares and reviews all contracts for lease agreements.
- Provides general support to customers and visitors of the Real Estate Company.
- Supports Directors through key administrative and clerical duties.

- Meticulous and thorough in document preparation

- Proficiency in Spanish would be an asset
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- Paralegal studies would be an asset
- Minimum of one to two years’ experience in office administration
- Prior experience working in real estate would be considered an asset
Knowledgeable of:
- Laws of Belize
- Belize Property Law
- Real Estate Procedures
- MS Office Suite
- Document Preparation
