Location:
George Price Highway, Red Creek
Responsibilities:
- Assists with scheduling of installations and follow-up visits as required.
- Troubleshoots service issues with customers over the phone.
- Conducts follow-up calls with customers to verify service quality and provide any other support needed.
- Upsells services and products to existing and potential clients.
- Updates customers on promotions in addition to changes/updates to services.
- Updates customer database to ensure accuracy of information and for follow up actions.
- Supports field staff with any queries as they relate to customer accounts.
- Provides office administration support when needed.
- Increases customer loyalty through exceptional customer service.
Requirements & Skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Customer service oriented with a cheerful disposition.
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Results-oriented and focused on productivity/goal attainment.
- Possess a social security card valid for employment.
- Clean police record
- Be a team player and role model by practicing (Honesty & Integrity, Respect & Mindfulness, Responsibility & Accountability )
Education/Experience:
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field
- High School graduates will be considered.
Salary: commensurate with qualifications and experience
