Can’t connect to the internet.

Check if the Wi-Fi name is visible, if the Wi-Fi name is visible proceed to unplug the modem for 3-5 mins, then reconnect.
While the modem is disconnected, ensure to see if the wire that screws in the modem is properly secured and not loose from the connector (portion that screws in). If a wire or connector is damaged in any way, a tech will need to repair the wire.
If the wire and connectors are good, reconnect the modem and wait a couple minutes for the modem to fully power on.
Check internet connection, if internet is not restored, please proceed to call so a technician can be scheduled to assist.
If the Wi-Fi name is not visible, check to see if the modem is powered on.
If the modem is on and Wi-Fi name is not visible, then Wi-Fi may have been reset to default. In this case, please contact the office so that the credentials can be configured to the modem.
If modem is not powered on check the plug connected to the outlet *Try plugging in another devices to ensure outlet is working
If the outlet is working, check to ensure the other end of the plug is inserted into the modem.
If plugged is properly inserted into the modem and modem is not powering on then the modem may be damaged. Please contact the office so a technician can be scheduled to assist.
