How To Register
Creating a myNexgen customer portal is simple and easy. Follow these steps to get started!
- 1. To create your myNexgen Portal account you will need the following information:
- Your customer account number
- Last bill amount
- And a valid/active phone number and email address
*Refer to your last billing statement or contact us to verify your customer account information to register for your online portal account.
- 2. Go to My Account
- 3. Select Register for the first time
- 4. Follow the instructions on the screen and enter your information. (Be sure to follow the format guidelines when entering the information to create your portal account.)
- 5. Select Register!
Your myNexgen portal account was successfully created.
