Some of the channels are missing.

Power cycle the dibo box (remove the power adaptor and plug it back in). If channels are still missing then perform a factory reset on the box.

Go to menu -> installation -> default setting -> factory reset -> ok

Your channels should restore after the factory reset is completed. Please note that this can take up to 10 minutes.
