Nexgen continues its Back-to School Backpack Drive with Additional Donations

Receiving on behalf of the Police Cadets was Inspector Christine Avila, Deputy OC of Roaring Creek and Constables Derin Mariano and Shanice Franzua. Receiving on behalf of the deserving residents of the children’s facility was its manager, Mr. Paul Casanova. The donations are part of a series by the company to give students a helping hand for the start of the new school year.

Speaking on behalf of the company was CEO Adrian Lizarraga, who remarked “Today’s distribution is just one of many signals by Nexgen and its sister companies that we remain serious, diligent, and dedicated to our corporate social responsibility.” At the event, Nexgen’s Marketing Manager, Karen Novelo added “Today’s distribution will hopefully make going back to school a little easier and it gives us an opportunity to give back to children across the country.” 

Inspector Avila and Mr. Casanova expressed their appreciation for the bags. Nexgen’s position is that giving back to the children now, in these meaningful ways, demonstrates our commitment to our communities. Nexgen will be working with other organizations to distribute bags to students across the country in the coming weeks and in time for the start of the new school year.
