Call for Entries: Nexgen Jingle Competition!
Nexgen is looking for the next iconic sound of connectivity, and we want to hear from YOU! We’re inviting all talented Belizean musicians, producers, and creative individuals to compose an original, electrifying, rhythmic jingle that captures the speed, reliability, and value of Nexgen Internet and Cable/TV services, while incorporating the spirit of the holiday season.
This is your chance to make your music the official Nexgen Christmas Jingle and win a fantastic cash prize!
Grand Prize Winner: $400 BZD CASH + a Nexgen TV subscription
1. Eligibility and Rules
- Open To: All residents of Belize (individuals or groups).
- Format: The entry must be a complete, original jingle submitted as an audio file.

Theme: The jingle must creatively promote NEXGEN and its services and must emphasize our Holiday campaign theme - Christmas is where Nexgen Is
(Cable, High Speed Internet, Nexgen TV Streaming app) or related service qualities emphasizing speed, reliability, connectivity, and value in the context of a Belizean Christmas. It should be memorable and catchy.
- Language: The primary language can be English, Kriol, or a blend that is easily understood by the general Belizean public
- Duration: The final jingle must be between 30 and 45 seconds in length. A shorter 15-second version of the jingle may be requested from the winner for use as a spot ad.
- Content: Must be family-friendly, free of offensive, indecent, or politically divisive content.
2. Submission Requirements
- The Jingle: One (1) audio file (MP3 or WAV) with the song title as the file name.
- Lyrics:A separate document (PDF or Word) containing the full, typed lyrics.
- Registration Form:A completed form (to be provided by Nexgen) including:
- Full Name(s) and contact information of the entrant(s).
- A brief, one-paragraph explanation of the jingle's concept.

3. Copyright and Ownership
- Please be advised that all materials submitted to Central TV and Internet will become the sole property of the company. By submitting, you grant Central TV and Internet unrestricted rights to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, and perform the submitted materials for promotional, media, educational, or any other lawful purposes, without requiring additional consent or compensation.
