The Dibo is asking for a parental lock and is not changing the channel.
If parental lock is displayed when tuned to a channel then it’s certain that the dibo is on an adult channel. To change the channel or move from the adult channel, simply press the up or down arrow key on the dibo remote until the dibo is on a channel that’s not an adult channel.
