Dibo not responding to the remote

  • Try changing the batteries on the Dibo remote with new batteries
  • If issue is not resolved check if the Dibo remote has a STB button
  • If there is a STB button, press it once and try changing the channels, raising/lowering the volume…etc
  • If issue was not resolved kindly contact office so a technician can check, the remote may need to be replaced
